By using Fence Rental Service and purchasing temporary fence rental services, you agree to the full rules and regulations stated below.
Every effort will be made to deliver and pickup within 8 hours of the day of delivery or pickup, Monday through Friday. Due to inclement weather, traffic conditions, or mechanical breakdowns, delivery times or dates could vary. We recommend requesting prior-day delivery for time-sensitive needs.
The renter maintains care and custody of all equipment at their location and accepts liability for damage beyond normal wear and tear. Renters must indemnify the company against claims arising from their use of the equipment.
Customer shall inspect the fence within twenty-four (24) hours of completed installation and immediately notify Fence Rental Service of any defects in writing. Failure to report problems constitutes acceptance of the fence's condition.
Renters must provide unobstructed access on scheduled dates or face additional trip charges. The renter bears responsibility for notifying the company about underground utilities that could be affected by installation.
Fence Rental Service cannot be held responsible for any damage to customer driveways, sprinkler systems, curbs, lawns or walks, and wells. It is the customer's responsibility to make us aware of any underground utilities which might be affected.
Cancellations made 48 or more hours before service (excluding weekends and holidays) incur a cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations may result in no refunds.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of service completion and are at the sole discretion of Fence Rental Service. Unpaid balances may trigger collection agency involvement.
